BREXIT 

The UK has reached a trade agreement with the EU that has taken effect from 01.01.21. The agreement establishes zero tariffs or duties on trade between the UK & the EU. This means that all orders placed and shipped within Europe will continue as normal and will avoid any further charges. 

All European orders will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), our courier may contact you for more information regarding your shipment, however, you will not be charged. 

We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible, and we endeavour to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days. 

However, please note that during holidays and sales periods, bank holiday and weekends, this may take longer.

Please allow all orders 1-3 business days for processing.
(Bank Holidays & Weekends NOT Included).

Once orders are processed they will be shipped using the shipping method you selected at checkout.

When purchasing items in the UK your order will be sent via My Hermes Fully Tracked.

For orders under £50 the delivery fee will be £2.95 (Fully Tracked Standard).

Orders over £50 are eligible for free fully tracked standard shipping.

Please allow 1-3 working days for standard delivery.

Shipping times are set by the service providers we partner with. Estimated time for delivery is 5-8 working days, however this can be extended to 30 days due to customs. If your order does not arrive in 30 days please contact us.

Orders over £50 are eligible for free fully tracked shipping

RETURNS

To Exchange / Return your item please follow the below instructions.

You would have received an email from One Choice Apparel with your order number.

Please fill in the returns form provided with your order number and item's you'd like to return/exchange.

If you are sending your return from outside the UK, you must clearly state on the customs form that this parcel is a return. 

Returns form's that are not filled out correctly will cause delay's in us processing refunds/exchanges.

If you have not got a returns form please email us and we will send you one.

All returns must be returned within 60 days of receipt. Any returns received after this period will not qualify for a refund.
